We offer a safe, positive, and encouraging space for students to explore their practice, whether on yoga mat or cycling bike. Start where you are and build from there.
About 2 years ago, I was apprehensive about starting yoga because of my autoimmune disease and constant pain. Karyna proved to me that yoga could help, not hurt my body through this disease. Haven’t done a yoga class in years but love Karyna’s classes! Her pace is great and the flow is appropriately challenging for a beginner like myself. She always includes alternate positions to make things easier or more difficult depending on your preference. I was a little nervous about the interactive part but she never calls anyone out during practice - just suggestive reminders on how to check in on your form. Highly recommend!! - Colette
