For the rest of January, you can expect to target the following body sections in certain classes throughout each week! Next month, the days will rotate.⁠

No weights? No worries, you can use cans of soup, water bottles or milk jugs filled with water instead. All classes virtual.⁠

▴ Wednesdays 6pm Booty + Core @adonah_lynn16⁠
